Delete your Flying Stars Feng Shui account and data

You can delete your Flying Stars Feng Shui account, and everything kept in it, from inside the app at any time. You do not need to ask us, and nothing is kept back.

Delete it yourself, in the app

Open Flying Stars Feng Shui and sign in, if you are not signed in already.
Go to the project library — the screen that lists your projects.
Under your email address, tap delete account.
Read the warning and confirm with Delete my account.

That is all. The account is deleted straight away, on every device you have signed in on.

Or ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, email support@flyingstarsfengshui.net from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We delete the account and confirm by reply, normally within 7 days and at the latest within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleting one project, without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove a client's details. In the project library, tap delete beside the project and confirm with Delete project. That project — its floor plan, its room photos and PDFs, the property details, and the residents you recorded with their names, dates of birth, gender and household roles — is deleted from your account and from every device you have signed in on. Your account, your email address and your other projects are untouched. Copies inside our hosting provider's backups are kept no longer than 30 days.

Reports you have already saved

A report you saved or shared outside the app — a file on your device, or one you sent to a client — is yours and is not touched by deleting your account. Delete those copies yourself.

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it first:

Android — Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
iPhone, iPad or Mac — Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Windows or the web — the upgrade screen in the app, Manage subscription, or the link in your receipt from paddle.net.
