These terms apply when you use Flying Stars Feng Shui on the web or on Windows, including a Pro subscription paid by card. If you use the app on an iPhone, iPad or Mac and subscribe there, Apple's Standard Licence Agreement applies to that purchase instead. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. An account works on one phone or tablet and one computer at a time. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time.
The free plan includes the main floor plan, one room page, one resident and one report. Pro adds every resident and room, furniture on the plan, rewording the report, unlimited reports and a library of projects. Pro belongs to your account, so it is available on every device you sign in to, however you subscribed.
Payments are not refundable for partly used periods, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, or where something went wrong (for example, being charged twice). Refunds for purchases on the web and on Windows are processed by Paddle: use the link in your receipt email or visit paddle.net, or email us from the address you sign in with and we will arrange it with Paddle.
Use the app lawfully and do not try to break, overload or get around its security or its plan limits. If you add details of other people (for example, a client's household), you are responsible for having their permission, and for how you share the reports you create.
The floor plans, pictures, names and wording you add stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app gives feng shui guidance based on traditional flying star methods. It is offered for general information and is not professional advice on building, health, safety, legal or financial matters. Use your own judgement before acting on it.
We work to keep the app running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change. If we ever stop offering Pro, we will stop renewals and refund any unused part of a paid period.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can.
If these terms change, the effective date above will change and the new terms will be published here. Significant changes that affect a paid subscription will be told to you before they apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
